Warm cute, mini fridge provided, large pool, comfy bed, great location, nearby shops and parking.

Despite being on a high floor, there was no outside noise disturbance. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away. The staff were friendly and cute, adding to an overall pleasant experience. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Liverpool.

We had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything and close to the bus station as well. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to help us when the air cooling system didn't work. They managed to get us a fan and made sure we were comfortable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities and an in-room safe. We also loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were a great way to relax after a busy day.

That the staff at the restaurant didn't seem very welcoming, so we ended up eating somewhere else. However, this place is highly recommended for families, with a children's play area and buffet, board games, and even pets allowed.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the bus station, shopping district, and various amenities like supermarkets, restaurants.

The jacuzzi shown in the photos was not actually available. Despite informing the staff that it was my husband's 40th birthday, there were no special gestures made for him.

Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a mini fridge and kettle. Breakfast has a wide range of choices at great value. Bar area is pleasant with friendly staff, who provide excellent service. The hotel manager tirelessly goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main attractions, bars, restaurants, and shops. It is also close to an entertainment center, providing plenty of options for entertainment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city. The bathroom is well-designed, with a separate toilet for added convenience. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests mentioned that the key cards needed to be renewed multiple times and that there were issues with the lifts.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool and fitness center in the basement. We were also thrilled to find out that this hotel is located only a five-minute walk away from Albert Dock and two minutes away from all the shops in this city. The cleanliness was really good, with everything laid out in a neat and organized manner. their breakfast is indeed delicious and the staff were really good - very informative and eager to help.
